By creating an account or using Noxora (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Noxora.
Noxora provides AI-generated audio sleep manifestations, soundscapes, and related wellness content. The App is offered for personal, non-commercial use only. Content is provided for relaxation and entertainment purposes and is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Noxora Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewals at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Pricing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

All audio, text, branding, and software in the App are owned by Noxora or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal use only.
Some audio is generated using AI voice models (e.g. ElevenLabs) and language models (e.g. OpenAI). AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information in prompts.
Noxora is not a medical device. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including sleep disorders, anxiety, or depression. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for legal or security reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noxora is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
