  • Track streaks and listening limits for free and paid users.
  • Process subscriptions and payments via Stripe.
  • Improve app performance and fix issues.
  • Send essential account-related emails (we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in).

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate Noxora:

  • ElevenLabs: for AI voice generation used in certain audio features.
  • Supabase: for database storage, authentication, and file storage.
  • Stripe: for payment processing and subscription management.
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI): for AI-powered content generation and assistance.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their services.

4. Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with Noxora. This helps us improve features and identify issues. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. You can opt out of analytics tracking by contacting us.

5. AI Services

Noxora uses AI services (including ElevenLabs and ChatGPT) to generate audio content and assist with features. Any text or prompts you submit for AI generation may be processed by these providers. We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and we recommend avoiding the inclusion of sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
